People of Color in Publishing fosters a safe and inclusive space for racially and ethnically marginalized publishing professionals.

People of Color in Publishing is a grassroots organization that is run primarily by volunteers who are driven and passionate about equity and inclusion in the book industry. Without the time and efforts of our members, we wouldn’t be where we are today. With your support, we can take our mission of empowering publishing professionals who are Black, Indigenous, and people of color even further.
