Moderated by Christine Hung (Senior Director, Penguin Random House), this panel will touch on the high rate of burnout in POCs who work in publishing, how best to avoid it, and how to heal from it, featuring Lizette Serrano (VP, Educational Marketing and Event Strategy, Scholastic), Danny Vazquez (Assistant Editor, Farrar, Straus and Giroux), and Monica Odom (Agent, Bradford Literary Agency).
