I first heard about Fulton Street Books on a podcast on my cross-country move from New York to LA last year and since our route was going through Oklahoma, I just had to stop into this incredible bookstore just north of the historic Greenwood District. It was such a warm, open space with an adjoining coffee shop, lots of natural light, and of course, a wide but curated variety of books that made this bookstore feel like an important part of the neighborhood and community. Definitely worth the stop!

This live AMA appearance with Carrie Bloxson, VP of Diversity and Inclusion at Hachette. It’s part of a new initiative for Publishers Marketplace subscribers called Discuss, straightforward, typed message board conversations. No cameras, no sound, no Zooming, no separate apps required. Our ultimate goal is to support younger people in publishing, providing a cohort and vehicle for questions and answers.

Publishers Publicity Association

Currently seeking members for the Publishers Publicity Association (PPA) Event Planning Committee! They meet on the first Thursday of every month to plan monthly media luncheons open to publicity professions in the publishing industry.
